Integrated PUMPS Station Cylinder Features:
1. Heat resistance, frost resistance, and strong temperature adaptability. The fiberglass cylinder of the integrated lifting PUMPS station can operate normally at temperatures from -40°C to 80°C. Cylinders with special resin formulations can operate at temperatures up to 110°C, and the cylinder will not crack under frozen media conditions.
2. Lightweight and easy to install. The fiberglass cylinder has a low specific gravity, about 1/4 of steel and 1/10 of concrete, making it easy to load, unload, and install with lower installation costs.
3. Strong corrosion resistance. The fiberglass cylinder is resistant to acid, alkali, and corrosive soil erosion, and can store groundwater, seawater, industrial wastewater, and highly corrosive liquids. According to wastewater characteristics, suitable corrosion-resistant materials can be selected to manufacture special cylinders. The integrated PUMPS station fiberglass cylinder retains all the original characteristics of fiberglass products (light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, insulation, heat resistance, and design flexibility).
4. Good water quality preservation. The fiberglass cylinder is a non-toxic product, ensuring long-term hygiene and safety of transported drinking water.
5. High strength. The fiberglass cylinder has excellent water pressure resistance, external pressure resistance, and impact resistance, meeting burial requirements under different geological conditions.
