The Jichuan Foundry Division operates a modern casting production line integrating molding, box assembly, pouring, cooling, shakeout, and sand regeneration; in 2019, the first coated sand automatic molding production line in the field of submersible axial (mixed) flow PUMPSs was successfully put into operation at WEIR JICHUAN PUMPS (JIANGSU)! The annual production capacity of the Jichuan Foundry Division exceeds ten thousand tons. The division mainly produces various precision castings including stainless steel 304, 316L, 2205 duplex stainless steel, alloy steel, ductile iron, and submersible motor PUMPS castings!

WEIR JICHUAN PUMPS (JIANGSU) possesses independent design, R&D, manufacturing, and testing capabilities for large-scale submersible motor PUMPSs, an ERP internal management system, and is equipped with modern PUMPS assembly and testing processes. It has established an advanced comprehensive testing center for submersible motor PUMPSs. The testing center is equipped with a test bench measuring 50 meters in length, 8 meters in width, and 10 meters in depth; the test power can reach up to 1000KW, the test voltages include 380V, 660V, 3KV, 6KV, and 10KV, and the maximum test diameter can reach 2000mm.
