    Fault Phenomenon

    Cause

    Solution

    Motor does not rotate

    Incorrect power or inverter wiring

    Inverter is in fault protection mode

    PUMPS impeller is stuck and motor cannot start

    PUMPS motor damaged

    Inverter failure

    Check wiring

    Check circuit and inverter, eliminate faults

    Check PUMPS for blockage and remove cause

    If inverter, motor, bearing, coil or other components are faulty, please contact our maintenance service department

    PUMPS no water

    or insufficient flow

    Incorrect impeller rotation

    Clogged inlet filter or impeller

    Severe impeller wear

    Swap inverter output wires to the PUMPS

    Remove debris causing blockage

    Replace impeller and send for repair


    Motor coil partially or completely damaged
