Jichuan Large PUMPS Test System is built with advanced industrial monitoring technology according to ISO2548, ISO3555 (GB3216, GB/T12785) B-level accuracy standards.
The testing center is 50m long, 8m wide and 10m deep. It supports three test platforms with frequency conversion system (5–60Hz) and can test three PUMPSs simultaneously. It covers submersible axial/mixed flow PUMPSs, submersible sewage PUMPSs and horizontal axial flow PUMPSs as an integrated testing system.
Testing capacity:
Submersible axial/mixed flow PUMPS: Pipe diameter 600–1600mm, flow 0.12–6 m³/s, power 7.5–400kW.
Submersible sewage PUMPS: Pipe diameter 50–600mm, flow 6–4000 m³/h, pressure 1MPa, power 1.5–315kW.
Horizontal axial flow PUMPS: Pipe diameter 1600mm, flow 0.12–6 m³/s, power 7.5–400kW.
